These images show the journey from pre-op to 10 weeks post-surgery following a combined breast augmentation and lift (mastopexy).
The procedure involved 300cc round, Demi profile Motiva implants placed in a dual-plane pocket, along with an anchor (inverted T) lift.
Breast tissue was reshaped for a natural contour, and the areolas were refined to achieve more aesthetic proportions.

As one of the few female plastic surgery surgeons, Fouzia offers unique and sensitive female care and perspectives. What is a breast lift and how is it different from implants?
Breast augmentation, also known as a boob job, is a surgical procedure that enhances the size, shape, and fullness of the breasts using silicone implants. It’s a highly personalised treatment designed to complement your body proportions and achieve your desired look — whether that’s restoring volume lost after pregnancy or weight loss, improving symmetry, or simply enhancing confidence in your figure.
Am I a good candidate for a breast augmentation?
A good candidate for breast augmentation is someone in good overall health who feels their breasts are too small, uneven, or have lost volume after pregnancy, breastfeeding, or weight changes. You should have realistic expectations about the results and be looking to enhance your natural shape rather than completely change it. Ideal candidates are non-smokers, maintain a stable weight, and are seeking to improve confidence and body proportions through a safe, tailored procedure.
How long is the recovery after breast augmentation?
Most patients can return to light daily activities within a week after breast augmentation, though it’s normal to experience some swelling or tightness during this time. Exercise and heavier lifting should be avoided for around four to six weeks to allow proper healing. Final results continue to settle over the following months as the implants naturally adjust to their position, and you’ll have regular follow-up appointments with your surgeon to ensure a smooth recovery.
Will a breast augmentation leave visible scars?
All surgical procedures leave some form of scarring, but with breast augmentation, incisions are placed in discreet areas—typically under the breast fold, around the areola, or in the armpit—to make them as unnoticeable as possible. Over time, scars fade significantly and usually become barely visible. Dr Hussain uses precise surgical techniques and provides detailed aftercare guidance to help your scars heal beautifully and remain minimal.
