Breast Enlargement (Augmentation)
Motiva 360cc round, demi profile implants placed in a dual plane pocket.
This 30-year-old patient presented after significant weight loss with the aid of Mounjaro. While she was proud of her progress, she was concerned about the loss of breast volume and asymmetry. Her goal was to restore natural-looking volume while maintaining proportion and balance.
On assessment, there was a noticeable asymmetry with the left breast and nipple positioned lower than the right. After a thorough consultation and planning process, we proceeded with bilateral breast augmentation using Motiva 360cc round, demi profile implants placed in a dual plane pocket.
Careful adjustment of implant positioning allowed us to improve breast symmetry and achieve a result that aligns with her preferences: a natural, proportional appearance that complements her body after weight loss.

These images show the journey from pre-op to 10 weeks post-surgery following a combined breast augmentation and lift (mastopexy).
The procedure involved 300cc round, Demi profile Motiva implants placed in a dual-plane pocket, along with an anchor (inverted T) lift.
Breast tissue was reshaped for a natural contour, and the areolas were refined to achieve more aesthetic proportions.
